1. CAD ADMINISTRATOR
Stage One are looking for a CAD Administrator to support our busy CAD department in Tockwith, near York.
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our CAD department to provide support and administration of drawing systems, associated applications and data management systems.
Personal Characteristics
The ideal candidate will know how important it is to be flexible, positive and good at juggling priorities. You will need proven experience and expertise in a similar role and be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Raising purchase requests allowing the timely procurement of materials using the company ERM system
Assist the CAD department by listing items (nuts, bolts, tools, etc.) required for site
Prepare Production work packs, organising and printing drawings, then delivering them to the required production departments
Keeping drawing database records updated
Creating and maintaining projects within Autodesk Vault
Organising and recording incoming data, electronically filing incoming client and supplier data
Manage outgoing data
General office admin
Required skills and experience:
Excellent IT skills
Good organisation and communication skills
Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good ability to understand and develop clear precise processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, working 9.00am – 5.00pm.
