Conditional formatting

Where is data displayed?
The column heading becomes the legend. (If there is only one, it may not be needed and can be deleted.) The numbers are seen as the series. The text of column 1 is automatically used as headings on the X-axis.

Printing and copying of charts
Print only the chart Select the chart and click on File; Print (Whole page is used for chart) Print the chart and the data Make sure the chart is not selected. Use Print Preview to see if data and chart fit onto 1 page. Click on Print. Copy chart to a Word document Select chart and click on Copy. Go to Word document. Click on Paste
