Objectives Design and develop the Policy Paper of the CRE8TIVE Project The purpose of the policy paper will be to provide clear recommendations for policy makers on the need for continuous professional development for staff working in the sectors of youth work and adult education

4 Contents The policy paper will comprise: A statement of the current policy which concerns CPD of youth workers and adult education staff The reasons why a change of policy approach might be relevant The policy options available, and the pros and cons of each option Recommendations and a course of action proposed based on the experiences and lessons learned during the course of the CRE8TIVE Project
