In Reading Workshop, we will begin Social Issues Book Clubs & Debatable Topics
In Writing Workshop, we will be continuing Poetry and beginning Opinion/Argument Writing
In Math, we will be starting Chapter 11 of Go-Math – Geometry and Volume
In Science, we will be learning about Earth in Space
In Social Studies, we will be finishing our study on Government in the Western Hemisphere
Please encourage your child to read for at least 30 minutes each night & complete their Reading Response weekly. Reading Responses are due every Friday and can either be handwritten or submitted as a document on Google Classroom. Please allow your child to go on Zearn On-line Math & Hour of Code at home to reinforce topics & skills taught in class.
