Make Orienteering attractive and entertaining for youth, 365 days per year Present IOF’s external communication, event reporting, history and youth engagement projects Develop and manage a sustainable entertainment model of Orienteering

3) Other orienteering fans (>30 years)* More mature orienteering fans will also follow orienteering through LiveOrienteering. These followers are most likely active orienteers or earlier orienteers. They are young in mind and are happy to get served orienteering in an entertaining way as long as it is not too childish *Not prioritzed group, but most likely a large share of the users Their friends Share Share 1) Youth orienteers (11-30 years) Youth orienteers world-wide will follow their big idols and analyse their own races in the LiveOrienteering. They want to find more information about the athletes, watch cool movies and find instructions for how to improve as orienteers The youth orienteers shall find the content on LiveOrienteering so appealing that they want to share it with their friends – “See how cool my sport is” 2) New followers of orienteering (11-30 years) The web traffic today are guided through links in social medias and invitations from friends. Youth today will check out numerous web sites every day so it is important to have an appealing image to make them read more on the page. A strong connection with social medias are required. These followers will look for content that quickly entertain them. It is therefor important to have an inspiring page with attractive content in an interactive design so they quickly understand how «cool» the sport is and that they want to find out more

Postitioning LiveOrienteering is the digital face of orienteering that will appeal new and exisiting followers of orienteering to follow the sport and its events 365 days a year. Live Orienteering
