16 Paper 1 Section C – Recap Explain the tools, techniques and theories clearly. This is important for criteria A, B and C Give a balanced overview: arguments in favour and against, advantages and disadvantages, strengths and weaknesses Pass judgement Introduction is important here (more important than a normal AO3) Do not lose points on structure! Do not add new things in the conclusion Your conclusion should not be a summary, you should pass judgement Discuss two separate stakeholders, preferably in separate paragraphs Make sure the stakeholders are distinct

21 Paper 2 – Section A You will get two case studies that are primarily focused on financial data. You need to select one out of these two case studies This means you need to know the majority of the financial tools: break-even analysis, ratio analysis, profit and loss account, balance sheet, investment appraisals, cash flow forecasts, budgets, decision trees, sales forecasts It will be 10/70 points The point distribution is unknown, prepare for anything There are no AO3 questions present in this section

22 Paper 2 – Section B You will get three case studies that are primarily focused on non-financial data. You need to select two out of these three case studies These questions often cover the following units: Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operations Research They incorporate questions from unit 1 and specific tools (AO4) These questions will be worth 2x20 points (40/70) Each case study will contain one AO3 that is worth 10 points. The grading rubric is the same as section B paper 1

24 Paper 2 – Section C This section focuses on the key concepts: change, culture, ethics, globalization, innovation and strategy Two key concepts are selected and a specific part of the curriculum You need to use ONE ORGANIZATION to answer the question (BYOB – Bring Your Own Business) The question will always be phrased with an AO3 command term This question is worth 20/70 points The question will be graded with the rubric that should be familiar

You need to apply the key concept to the business you selected and the part of the curriculum that the IB selected The introduction is important here, make sure to introduce your business in a proper way Do not lose points on structure!
