Cross pollinate through mixed groups by providing opportunities for members to interact with others outside of their immediate regions.

5. Sharing Expertise with a Partner
“Buddy up” with someone outside of your region.
Take turns sharing one program you have developed in your region that you are most proud of (10 minutes per person).

6. Sharing Expertise with Your Group – Table Sharing
Each person will take one minute to briefly describe the program he/she has implemented
( 8 minutes).
Once everyone at the table has shared, table members can ask follow-up questions about specific programs (total of 20 minutes).
A recorder should complete the chart listing all of the programs shared at the table.
