Amend a section of the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 24)

3. Overview
The Initiative would result in inconsistencies with the rest of the Zoning Ordinance
There are inconsistencies within the language of the Initiative
Many portions are State law incorporated by reference
Difficult for the reader to follow as it is not self-contained
If State law changes, this results in the change to local requirements
Varying usage of the terms permit, license and business license
Exceeds what a Zoning Ordinance can control
