(Examples). And sometimes it is a challenge keeping up with those devices – knowing their status. In this discussion, we will look at the different kinds of devices that we have in our environments, how we are monitoring their states, and then we’ll look at how we can integrate that monitoring into our ITSM to create an enterprise solution.
