Arrowmen at district level Conducts crossover ceremonies
Conducts unit elections Meets at the same time/place as roundtable Bring your arrowmen next month! Distributes monthly SM/OA Rep Newsletter In SM folders Lodge website’s Tillikum page: bit.ly/SMLtillikum Elections are the ONLY way to become an arrowman in Tillikum Dist. Bring 2 youth arrowmen (w/ asst. SM for yp) next month! NEWSLETTER – In print in boxes, online on Chapter page on lodge website.

Youth Requirements: Adults: First Class or above
15+ Nights camping in last 2 years At least one long-term camp i.e. summer camp SM Approved Elected by youth in troop Adults: Nominated to lodge by troop Only 1 adult nominated per 3 youth elected Unit leader may be nominated in addition

Brotherhood Membership
Ordeal Membership Elected scouts/scouters go through their Ordeal and become Ordeal Members Must attend Ordeal Weekend within one year Brotherhood Membership After 10 months as Ordeal Member Must attend and afternoon “Brotherhood Hike” Vigil Membership Must be Brotherhood Member for 2+ years Has given service to lodge, council, etc.
