ROUTES & TIME OPTIONS FACT SHEET
Vintage cars can carry 3 or 4 passengers at a time There are a maximum of 40 vintage cars seating a total of 130pax Vintage Cars will be onsite 30 minutes prior to departure Travel time of Vintage cars starts at the depo Vintage cars travel slowly to ensure safe travel ROUTES & TIME OPTIONS ROUTE 1: Dinner transfer within Cape Town City Bowl ROUTE 2: Cape Town City Bowl to Table Mountain ROUTE 3: Cape Town City Bowl to Camps Bay/ Newlands ROUTE 4: Cape Town City Bowl to Constantia, via Hout Bay or M5 ROUTE 5: Cape Town City Bowl to the Airport (including luggage) ROUTE 6: Half Day including Cape Point / Winelands ROUTE 7: Full day transfer including Winelands (8 hours) ROUTE 8: Short evening transfer return

Rate Includes: Chauffer driven vintage car, fuel Rate Excludes: Meals, drinks, additional transport, toll fees/ entrance fees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS RATES
All rates quoted are Net and are Inclusive of 14% V.A.T. PAYMENTS A Deposit of 50% of the Total Event Cost is required to secure the Event. The Balance of Payment is due Fourteen (14) Days prior to the Event. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Total Event Cost is levied if the Event is cancelled within Fourteen (14) Days of it taking place. A Cancellation Fee of 100% of the Total Event Cost is levied if the Event is cancelled within Seven (07) Days of it taking place. While every effort is made to make Alternative Arrangements should the event not be able to run due to bad weather, the above cancellation fees will apply if this is not possible. No Refunds will be entertained should the client not arrive for the event. CLIENT REQUIREMENTS All relevant medical Issues or phobias must be disclosed prior to the event. Clients will be required to complete an Indemnity Form.
