Agencies wishing to renew or apply for funding in the 2017 HUD CoC Program Competition must:

20. 2017 HUD CoC Program Competition Application part 2
Assure agency meets eligibility criteria:
Is a non-profit 501c3 or meets other eligibility requirements established by 24 CFR
Actively participates or agrees to participate in HMIS
Submitted application through eSnaps; and all supplemental forms and attachments are received in ACCHH office by deadline (5:00 p.m. August 22nd) GRACE, 3055 NE 28th Drive, Community Services Center (Building 7, Teal trim)
Documentation of match and leverage are included
The project serves an eligible project type
Project follows “Housing First” approach as documented in agency policies and procedures
