Career Clusters 101: Guiding Students is as easy as 1, 2, 3…4!
Grab Tab Audio Pane Questions Pane Please be ready to share any unanswered questions with the presenters during the Q & A portion of this broadcast. When you first join a webinar session, the Control Panel appears on the right side of your screen. Note that if you are on a Mac or Surface Pro, it may look different. Use the Control Panel to manage your session. To free up space on your desktop, you can collapse the Control Panel and use the Grab Tab to continue to manage your session. If you can hear the sound of my voice, your settings should be OK for today’s session. Please signify your audio is working by raising your hand on the Control Panel dashboard beside your name. Thank you. Grab Tab: From the Grab Tab, you can hide the Control Panel, mute yourself (if you have been unmuted by the organizer), view the webinar in full screen and raise your hand. Audio Pane: Use the Audio pane to switch between Telephone and Mic & Speakers. Questions Pane: Ask questions for the staff. Answers to many questions will probably already be included in the content being shared; however, if your question does not get answered during the broadcast, be sure to enter it in the question box or raise your hand to be unmuted at the end. Note: A recording is being made of today’s webinar and will be posted on the DPI School Counseling Professional Development Wiki page. The recording, including the PowerPoint slides, will be available approximately one week from today. These materials can be used as professional development (PD) resources locally, with contact hours documented by the district or school. DPI does not award CEUs and is unable to provide proof of participation for recorded webinars, so please talk with your school district regarding potential local options for CEUs.
