INTRODUCTION 1 Samuel 16:11-12 The prophet Samuel seeks a new king from the sons of Jesse of Bethlehem. Seven of Jesse's sons pass before Samuel, but Samuel says "The LORD has not chosen these." He then asks "Are these all the sons you have?" and Jesse answers, "There is still the youngest but he is tending the sheep." David is brought to Samuel, and "the LORD said, 'Rise and anoint him; he is the one. Story of last choice speaker(from hopeless to hopeful) Man looks on the outward appearance but God looks on the heart! David a man after God’s own heart!

CONCLUSION You are not just chosen to be here but you are also called to be witnesses to others in need Acts 1:8, “…you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea & Samaria and to the ends of the earth.” TODAY! There are needy families from different religious background awaiting with joyful HOPE for you to reach out to them. “It is no use walking anywhere to preach unless our walking is our preaching.” (St. Francis of Assisi)
