1. A $750 in benefits to the family when a child is stillborn at least 20 weeks after conception. - Over $376,000 in Benefits paid since 1994 [The Order affirms that life begins at conception. In this instance, the benefit requires a certified “death certificate” for the stillborn child, hence the 20-week rule.]

64 So where does the money Go?
First, 20% of the ticket sales are returned to the home councils to support their charitable works.

65 After the prizes are paid for,
and the expenses are covered, the State Board uses 100% of the remaining funds to satisfy requests from charities. There is never enough to help all those in need.
