Assess scale of problem: Economic assessment. Assist in execution of future KPIs. Assist in promotion of MoUs etc. once they are established.

Conclusions Facts and economic assessments from Observatory will be very important for success of these actions. Observatory/OHIM : Key future role in measuring and reporting impacts of these initiatives. Awareness raising in business to business area needs to be developed.
