Ask his/her expectations from the dormitory. Ask for suggestions to fix the problems. You are staying in a dormitory but you and your friends have some problems with the management. Your friends chose you as the spokesperson to talk to the manager. Introduce yourself and tell him/her why you are there. Talk about your problems: no hot water after midnight, cold breakfast, rooms and showers not cleaned properly. Sound firm but polite.
