As key consulting professionals for the GSEs (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae) – Our resources consumed and used the regulations for 3 years
As an output of Actualize Resources supporting the GSEs, we found the issues that would be problematic to the industry, issues that might occur when a user is trying to implement the regulation as well as the U-file data set required by investors….
So WE created a solution that provides a user…
The ability to utilize the data in which they already had in house through import functions
The ability to manually key in the information (all or some)
The ability to calculate certain areas of the form; i.e. Projected Payments, Calculating Cash To Close and Fee Section Totals, Loan Calculations. Calculations that would typically cause human error
The ability to validate all required information is in the tool; specifically those items key to the GSEs
The ability to create the UCD XML file
The ability to create the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure Forms that are sent to the Borrower in a PDF format
The ability to submit the UCD XML file directly to the GSEs
