The standard finisher allows 3,000-sheet output, 100-sheet stapling, 2/4 hole punching, and 175-sheet inserting. The booklet maker finisher allows 2,000-sheet output, 100-sheet stapling, 2/4 hole punching, 175-sheet inserting, and saddle-stitch booklet maker.

The Xerox 4595 offers versatile scanning.
The scanner scans an ultra-fast 100 images per minute for simplex documents - meaning less time standing at the copier and more time on more important activities. It also results in less wear and tear on delicate originals that only have to pass through scanner once.
The 250 sheet document handler - the largest in its class - means large scan jobs can be handled quickly and efficiently without having tobe closely monitored.
600 x 600 dpi scanning delivers the outstanding image quality that you expect from Xerox.
Scan-to-destination capabilities include scanning to over 500 mailboxes, scan-to- , and scan-to-network server (FTP/FMB).

Scanner (save to a computer) - When the machine is connected to a network which can use either the FTP or SMB protocol, the scanned document can be saved on a networked computer.

Job template scans - The job template defines scanning conditions. Specify a job template for the document to be scanned in as data. Scanned document will be stored onto a hard disk on this machine, then transmitted automatically to a networked computer (server).
Job flow scan - Scanning is performed according to a job flow. An example of a job flow might be an distribution list. You can create and edit the scan parameters such as addresses, file creation type (PDF/TIFF), etc.

Office and light production positioning is determined by the overall volume and application complexity of the environment. The Xerox 4595 Copier/Printer is better suited to meet the high end departmental office environments and light production needs with volumes up to about 150K and lower demand for office workflow solutions. The CC/WCP90 however is more appropriate for environments where typical office partner solutions are a requirement to the over all workflow.
Here is a little different way to look at it. When is the 4595 the best fit for the customer?
Some customers may prefer the WCP90 and want the CentreWare Scanning workflow that includes Scan Soft Scan to PC Desktop. The WCP offers a wider range of partner solutions.
The 4595 offers more speed and large document scanning/copying. The 250-sheet ADF with single bar scanner provides faster copy productivity on the The ability to scan and copy up to SRA3 may also be critical to your customer.
WCP90 is better for copying tabs. However, you can easily print tabs out of trays 3 & 4 on the 4595 so if you only need print capability the 4595 is great. However, if you need job build with inserted tabs WCP90 is superior.
On the 4595, Tabs in Print mode has a 2 step operation. You must print the tabs first and insert them in the interposer. You then programme at the driver to handle the tabs.
