2. February 28, 2012 – Film
Today we are going to dance….we are going to create a dance and perform it for the class.
How did Footloose and Jailhouse Rock change dance and music for America at the time of their releases? (Answer using 4-5 sentences.)
We began Sleepless in Seattle and discussed the 1990’s and movies.

3. February 28, 2012
Tomorrow we will hold auditions for the parts of Beauty and the Beast:
You should be able to sing a little from one B&B song, sing a song of your choice, and then read from the script.
Give emotion, but you do not have to have the part memorized.
Answer the following: What do you think about auditions, and what are your concerns?

4. February 28
I will review what I learned about Trinidad & Tobago. We will listen to the music of the “pan man” steel drum orchestra.
Today I will begin painting on my own landscape.

6. February 28, 2012 – 3d Art Today we will critique our 3D sculptures.
We used acrylic paint on air-dry clay. Using what you learned, write a half of a page, neatly, explaining the process that you went through with this project and what you learned from it.
