Apologies: Messrs Manie Dreyer (BECSA), Neal Froneman (Sibanye Gold), Mr Chris Griffith (Anglo American Platinum), Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan(AngloGold Ashanti), It was agreed that Mr Peter Turner will work with the MOSH Learning Hub and Mr Stehring to develop a Leadership Behaviour Leading Practice. The practice should: a) Consider the roles of supervisors and middle management; b) Consider the roles, training and election of OHS representatives, c) Indicate what ‘interdependent’ phase on the Bradley curve should look like
