3 Foundation Purposes Provide or apply money or benefits to KAD or Foundation approved Eligible Projects for Eligible Entities where: Eligible Projects – are consistent with Kiwanis International Objects and approved by KAD Board Eligible Entities – are charitable at law and an ATO approved tax ‘Deductible Gift Recipient’ operating in Australia Foundation Purposes Provide or apply money or benefits to KAD or Foundation approved Eligible Projects for Eligible Entities where: Eligible Projects – are consistent with Kiwanis International Objects and approved by KAD Board Eligible Entities – are charitable at law and an ATO approved tax ‘Deductible Gift Recipient’ operating in Australia

9 Foundation Assistance to Clubs
assist Club verify that new Eligible Project satisfies statutory and KAD requirements receive project donations from Club or donors and issue receipts to all donors record donations for each approved Club project in Foundation accounts release accumulated funds to the approved recipient in accordance with Club requirements make future Grants to Clubs for agreed Projects Foundation Assistance to Clubs assist Club verify that new Eligible Project satisfies statutory and KAD requirements receive project donations from Club or donors and issue receipts to all donors record donations for each approved Club project in Foundation accounts release accumulated funds to the approved recipient in accordance with Club requirements make future Grants to Clubs for agreed Projects
