13. What is it?
Swedish Care Link is an online portal that provides secure, convenient access to clinical information through your web browser.
Swedish Care Link users log in via the web at

14. How do Providers get access to patient charts?
When you receive a patient referral from Swedish you will have immediate online access to the patient chart and they will be added to your patient list.
If the patient receives additional care at Swedish, you will be notified via and by an InBasket notification in Swedish Care Link.
If the patient was not referred to you, you can look them up and add them to your patient list via First Access by providing the appropriate required demographic information.

16. This document shows how to join a Lync Web Conference as an anonymous user outside of Providence as a guest, and also how to present as such a user
Prerequisites:
Before first use, please ensure you have enough time reserved to set up your computer for a first run with the Lync Web Client. You may want to test your set up before having an official meeting to ensure your set up is working.
A Silverlight supported browser is required to join Lync web conferences. IE7+ is recommended as Lync is a Microsoft product.
If you plan on presenting as an anonymous user, you will be asked to install a presenter add-in the first time you try to present in a web conference. Please ensure you have permissions on your computer to install this add-in.
If you are unable to participate or present in the web conference, please contact your help desk for recommendations.
