Our service solution is part of Microsoft Dynamics 365, which is the next generation of intelligent business applications, helping organizations engage customers, empower employees, optimize operations and find new ways to provide value to their customers. These applications work seamlessly together to manage specific business processes across, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Operations, Project Service Automation and Marketing. This is exciting as we help businesses deliver compelling and personalized experiences through every phase of their customer relationships. What makes Dynamics 365 unique is that it harnesses the power of One Microsoft. Data has become the new currency, and organizations create and have access to more of it, and faster than ever before. The challenge is how to transform it into intelligence that generates action and drive outcomes. Dynamics 365 will allow organizations to adopt individual business apps such as Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations, but as organizations adopt more of the apps, synergies will be unleashed in the form ‘Intelligent Business Processes’. This will help proactively guide employees & customers to generate optimal outcomes. It sounds basic… but the fact is that the classic delineation between CRM and ERP has created a separation in data and processes. Dynamics 365 breaks down this separation, and our business platform strategy together with CIT and IOT is centered on enabling this to new levels. Sample narrative Let’s take a step back and quickly look how customer service fits into the bigger Microsoft Dynamics 365 picture. Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s next generation of intelligent business applications, helping organizations engage customers, empower employees, optimize operations and find new ways to provide value to their customers. SALES, FIELD SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROJECT SERVICE AUTOMATION OPERATIONS Production Instance 1 Included Non-Prod Instance Sandbox 1 and 2 Portal N/A File Storage N/A 100 GB Database Storage 10GB (Plus 5GB per 20 Full Users) We want to start by giving you a run through of what will come standard when you start a subscription for either the Plan 1 Business Apps, or the Operations App. All Plan 1 Business Apps, Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Project Service Automation, will leverage the same tenant and infrastructure will accrue across this one tenant. Operations leverages an entirely different tenant. <CLICK> First, Instances – 1 production and 1 non-product instance will be included for Plan 1 Business Apps, and likewise for Operations. In addition, Plan 1 business Apps will also include the first Portal to extend engagement across Customers, Partners, and Employees, limited to 1M page views per month. <CLICK> Next is storage, and we have a lot of changes here. Versus former CRM online deployments, we are now increasing included DB storage from 5GB to 10GB. In addition, we are also doubling how fast additional storage is earned, from 2.5GB per 20 Pro seats to 5GB per 20 full (ie non team members) users. <CLICK> You might also note that we have removed the maximum of 50GB of free storage. On the AX front, the new Operations offer keeps the 10GB of basic storage, and will also accrue 5GB per 20 full users. <CLICK> Finally, all Business apps will include Dual Use rights where an equivalent functionality exists on premises. For Plan 1 business apps that is Dyanmics 365 fall update functionality, and for Operations that is AX2012 R2. Lastly, all of these offers will have named user and device license options. Dual Use Rights To Dynamics 365 (On-Premises) To AX 2012 R3 Subscription Licenses Named Users & Devices All included items are per tenant Microsoft Confidential

Convergence 2014 5/5/2018 4:35 PM LCS enables predictable, repeatable, high quality implementations By delivering the right information, at the right time, to the right people Project Manager Collaborative workspace Methodology automation (sure step) Agile project management Process methodology automation (coming soon) Developer Business Process Modeler (BPM) Cloud-hosted environments (Azure deployment portal) Configuration manager Customization analysis Upgrade analysis PROJECT MANAGER Define BUSINESS ANALYST Develop DEVELOPER Operate IT ADMINISTRATOR Title: LCS enables predictable, repeatable, high quality implementations Timing: 5 minutes Purpose: Discuss which services are associated with each of the 3 phases and 4 personas TDM Messaging Note: This slide is designed to highlight how the different tools and services within LCS align to each phase and persona. Overview: There are a number of services within Lifecycle Services so it is helpful to take a moment and show how they map to the 4 different personas and three phases of ALM. For the Project Manager, they manage the customer owned, collaborative work space which is a key foundation to Lifecycle Services. They set up the projects and invite into them the employees and partners they want for each. For the Business Analysts: Business Process Modeler and Task Recorder help them incorporate competitive differentiators by creating, capturing, viewing and modifying business process hierarchies and flowcharts, standardizing business processes across their organization, and creating training and on-boarding tools. License sizing estimator helps estimate the configuration of the different types of Client Access Licenses (CALs) that an organization could use. Usage profiler helps you estimate the projected or current usage of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementations. Infrastructure estimation allows you to estimate the hardware than can be necessary and useful for your Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and later implementations to run either on-premises, or on Azure, based on the information within Usage profiler. The Azure-based estimations can be used with Cloud-hosted environments. For the Developer: Cloud-hosted environments helps you simplify the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 environments on Microsoft Azure by automating the server set-up and deploying the systems and software for different environments or configurations. Customization analysis offers Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 customers an automated tool that validates the customer’s model files against Microsoft Dynamics AX best-practice rules helping to create higher quality, more stable, and faster code. Upgrade analysis helps users plan their upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 from previous versions including AX4, AX2009, and AX2012 R1, FP, as well as R2. For IT Administrators: System diagnostics helps IT administrators proactively monitor, understand and manage the health of one or more Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 environments Issue search lets you quickly search a Microsoft database for qualified and relevant KB articles, hotfixes, fixes in-progress, regulatory feature updates, and workarounds for reported issues in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and AX 2009. Cloud-powered support is a user-driven process to quickly log and resolve support cases to help reduce days-to-solution by up to 80% Updates helps keep your Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 implementations current with the latest hotfixes and updates relevant to your implementation.
