Alignment Offensive Line QB – heals at 5 yards Slots and wide outs

The Vertical Split In order to assist the development of the zone combinations it is vital to get as deep as possible from the line of scrimmage. This is accomplished by placing your down hand on the circle of the ankle of the center

The Horizontal Split The horizontal split between the center and guard is one foot to eighteen inches. Close your splits if you get nervous.
