2 – Moving purposefully 1 to 2 – Some 2nd gen churches
3 – Near CPM – Some 3rd gen churches
4 – Emerging CPM - Some 4th gen churches
5 – CPM - consistent 4th generation churches; multiple streams
6 – Sustained CPM – Visionary, indigenous leadership leading the movement with little/no need for outsiders. Stood test of time.
7 -NPL – No Place Left! – Rm 15:23 Christ preached in all segments
    1.1 – Purposeful Field 1 and Field 2 (entry – looking for POPs -- and evangelism) activity but no results yet
    Have some new G1 believers
    Have consistent G1 believers
    Have one or some G1 churches
    1.8 Have several G1 churches
    1.9 – Close to G2 churches (it may happen soon)
