Inside Running Drill is ideal for players to warm up, after a hard game or a training session the day before the game. Being a recovery drill players need only work at 60 to 70% intensity. Player A kicks to player B who then handballs to player C. Player C kicks to player D who handballs to player E receiving front and square and then running inside. Player E has 2 options, shoots for goal or to leading forward player F, choosing the best option. Drill is mirrored on the other side.
