John Steinbeck John Steinbeck is an American author. He was born in February 27, 1902 and died in December 20, Steinbeck is credited with his 27 books, including 16 novels.

The adversity He went through a lot, he took time to really look over past hardships and how far he came, how many achievements he had gathered with his sheer will not to give up.

Steinbeck’s Personal Life
Steinbeck Globally recognized as a giant of American letters. He is known well as a western American author. He returned to California when his friend was injured when a train struck his car. When he returned home he was confronted by his wife, who asked for a divorce. He began a relationship with Elaine Scott and eventually remarried.

Steinbeck’s (national) Impact
Internationally, his books and his landmark work The Grapes of Wrath written in 1939, often dealt with the social and economic issues.

John Steinbeck’s dog ate his early draft novel “Of Mice and Men”. With the use of 300 pencils Steinbeck wrote “East of Eden” Steinbeck had some of the best love letters ever written.
