Steps Make sure FTP Report Information screen is set up correctly
Run BMI 4, 5, 73 - To create the TC168 report Run BMI 44 - To split the report into jurisdictions Run BMI 1603 - To send the reports to the FTP site

Click on Administration, then FTP Report Information

Report Type will be MONTHLY for end of month Sub Report is 168 Report Name is TC168* Directory will be /TAXUNIT/MonthlyReports/MONTH

Step 2 Run BMI 5 Set the Begin and End Deposit Dates to include the month you want reported.

File Directory Structure
It is highly recommended that you create the initial directory structure and re-use the same directories that have been created. Otherwise you will have to create a new folder every month, for every report type, for every jurisdiction…if you are a county tax office, that number could be exponential.
