HB 557 Strengthens the PDMP HB 807 “Ethical Marketing” HB 477 Fentanyl Trafficking Requires certain data to be reported on drug overdoses Requires hospitals to develop best practices for patients treated in emergency departments for drug overdoses Condenses reporting time to PDMP from 7 days to end of next business day Authorizes access to PDMP by VA Includes in Schedule I of the controlled substance schedules a class of fentanyl derivatives Subjects trafficking to minimum mandatory sentences Aims to curb cycling patients through drug treatment, marketing abuses, prevent and ensure the treatment industry utilize ethical practices
