Annual Financial statements due (for facilities whose end of year is December)

4. Be prepared – June return
Sample week payroll (usually week 26)
Payroll summary (Week 1 to 26)
Bank statements showing payment of sample week

5. December Return Sample week payroll (Usually week 52)
Payroll summary (Week 27 to 52)
Bank statement showing payment of sample week
P35L and P35 declaration
Bank statement showing final Revenue payment going through your bank account
In both cases, ensure you have access to a director to review and sign off on the returns.

6. Tcan number
Tcan number has replaced the paper tax clearance certificate. Once issued it can be reversed by Revenue at any time, if your tax affairs are not in order.
Pobal cannot pay out any funding without an up to date Tcan number

7. Time sheets
Time sheets should be completed, signed and held at your premises in the event of a verification by the audit team.
