15 STAFFING SOLUTION Partnering context and Key assumptions
NFC Solutions will partner to provide required resources by interacting with Service Recipient team under the project management of Service Recipient. Assumption is all the resources are developers. Service Recipient need to provide the exact requirements of skills, years of experience and any other requirements needed for the candidates. All the resources will the acquired by NFC Solutions by interviewing the candidates and hiring them and will be on NFC Solutions payroll initially for agreed time period. After the agreed time period Service Recipient will/must on board/absorb the candidates as permanent employees with the same pay scale offered by NFC Solutions. NFC solutions will be collecting a agreed marginal resourcing fee for each candidate for the time period associated with NFC solutions.
