LIGHTING Object should be covered by light in order to take other its picture. There are many type of lights that hit the object they are:

LIGHTING Light comes from front side in the same direction with the camera Front Lighting light comes from left or right of the object. Side Lighting Light comes from behind of the object. It faces the camera. Back Lighting Light source is exactly above the photograph object. Hair Lighting

Composition is combination from: Position,Proportion,line , etc
Composition is an arrangement from various picture object so the it can build or disturbe the picture. Before taking the picture; look at the object from many angles: low/high, near/far, look around the object. Composition is combination from: Position,Proportion,line , etc

Set the placement of one object, by setting camera facilities, angle, and the object arrangement. Position When taking a picture, try to look at the object thoroughly and determine the pattern or message you want Proportion Direct the eyes to one certain point. Wavy and bend lines give tranquility impression, bold, straight, and diagonal lines give dynamic impression and make the picture batter. Line

ANGLE Different angle give different impression. Bird Eye View
Upper angle give pattern and detail of the object when it is moving. Bird Eye View Lower angle give the object bigger and higher. Frog Eye View Straight Angle with the same direction of the object. Object is recorded naturally without distortion. Straight Eye View

Contrast can make the object separated from the background.
SHARP CONTRAST Contrast can make the object separated from the background. Picture can be more alive with main object more prominent from the background.(depth of field)

TIPS Tips to obtain a good picture : Hold the camera steadily
Take the position where the light is behind you. Closer to the object – simplicity. Choose photo format Vertical format : height impression (storey building), Horizontal Format : wide impression (mountain).

TIPS Insert man object into picture : panorama photograph will be better because man object strengthen the panorama. Make variation : take the picture from many angles, use close up technique, wide angle, in different weather. Add the depth and use proportion.
