- Four types in size, including 107㎡, 128㎡, 149㎡, and 188㎡
- 149,000 won (107㎡) ~ 258,000 won (188㎡) a night
332 units (107㎡) reserved for 1,330 foreign staff members
- Expo Town available in March 2012.
- Alternative accommodations and shuttle buses to be provided for the
official exhibitors who wish to move into Expo Town earlier
(January ~ February, 2012)

- Estimated demand: 37,000 rooms per day during the Expo
- Possible to meet the demand as 109,000 rooms available in the vicinity
of the Expo site [within a two-hour drive]

- Only 8,000 rooms available in the vicinity of the Expo site
[within a two-hour drive]
