MD of the company has experience of 36 years in this pharma line both in API’s n Formulations & Also have installed n designed many plants outside India. Main R&D products of us are Vaccinations & Blood products, Oncology , Sugar free tab. N powder, ENO, Bournvita, Weight Gainer etc. One of the director is quality control approved and handles all the R&D department. One of the Director experienced in marketing field from 8 years.

The production unit is a large scale in size. The company has established state of art manufacturing facility and having paramount building facilities. Involved in marketing and distributing of pharma dosage form like tablet, Capsule, Liquid Orals, Ext. preparations etc & Food products. Manufacturing unit managed by experienced technical staff for production and quality control along with expert technicians. The plant is solely dedicated in the manufacturing of products for which it is to be licensed. The major equipments are supplied by reputed manufactures in their field. These are constructed as per international norms with the best materials available (GMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA Models).

VENTILATION Proper ventilation arrangements are provided as per the WHO-GMP norms. In critical operational area air conditioning plant is provided. Each core process room is supplied with controlled air passed through pre filters having efficiency of 99%. The environmental parameters such as Particle monitoring, Temperature, Humidity, Air changes, Air pressure differentials, and Microbiological Monitoring are checked at periodic intervals. Minimum 20 air changes are provided in all production area. Day store Raw material store has been equipped with HVAC System.

OTHERS No toxic or hazardous and sensitizing materials are handled in this facility. The facility is highly specialized and designed for the exclusive use for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulations & Food products . There is bore well as a source of raw water for proper functioning of factory premises The raw water is stored in a water storage tanks having capacity of 50,000 liter. The treated DM water is pumped up in stainless steel (S.S. 304) storage tanks of 5000 liter capacity. The regular cleaning of tanks & their record of cleaning is maintained.
