Steps for making the muffins
Step 1 Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Step 2 Wash hands. Step 3 Place paper in muffin pan. Step 4 Beat egg in large bowl. Step 5 Melt margarine. Step 6 Add orange juice, butter, and sugar & beat Step 7 Add dry ingredients to egg mixture & mix Step 8 Gently fold in shredded carrots. Step 9 Spoon dough into muffin pans Step 10 Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Step 11 clean up. Step 12 check muffins for doneness.

The project was a success. We made 121 Goodie bags.
We worked with our classmates. We were glad we helped feed 121 people.

Their favorite parts of the project
Emilio’s favorite part was the cooking because someday he wants to work in a restaurant as a cook. Cortnie’s favorite part was knowing that they were helping to feed hungry people and helping the homeless.
