Massaged Kale Salad #createfamilymealtime Ingredients Directions
RECIPE CARD Massaged Kale Salad Ingredients 2 bunches of kale ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. anchovy paste (optional) 1 tbsp. soy sauce ½ tsp black pepper Directions Wash and dry the kale. Strip greens from stems and discard stems. Cut kale into narrow ribbons and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl. Massage the kale for 1-2 minutes. The quantity of the kale should be reduced by half and the greens should be darker in color. Chill and serve.
