How to Make Ravioli

2. Ingredients (original recipe)
4 Servings only
2 Cups of all purpose flour
½ Teaspoon of salt
2 Eggs
4 Ounces of cheese (I used mozzarella)
4 Cups of spinach ( 1cup = 8 Ounces)
Sause (Tomato or Alfredo Sause)
1 ½ Teaspoon Olive Oil

3. Multiply by 5

4. Now Its Math Time!!!!!!!!!! (20 servings only)
2cups of all purpose flour = 2 x 5= 10cups
½ teaspoon of salt = ½ x 5 = 5/2 = 2 ½ teaspoons
2 eggs = 2 X 5 = 10 eggs
4 ounces of cheese = 4 x 5 = 20 ounces
4 cups of spinach = 4 x 5 = 20 cups
Sauce ( how much ever you want)
1 ½ teaspoons of olive oil = 1 ½ x 5 = 3/2 x 5 = 15/2 = 7 ½

5. Step 1:Prepare the Ravioli Dough
Mix together 2 cups of flour and ½ teaspoon of salt into a bowl, and mix with 2 eggs. Knead the dough for 5 min until the dough completely mix together Cover the dough tightly with plastic wrap to set for 30min.

6. Step 2: Make the Filling
While the dough is setting we can make the filling. On the stove , put the oil in. Add spinach and cheese until it melts .

7. Step 3:Making Pasta Sheets and Filling them
Split the dough into 4 parts and roll them one by one.
Then using a pizza cutter, cut the dough 3 inches wide equally.
After that put 1 table spoon of the filling on every alternate strip of dough.
Make sure each filling is ½ in apart

8. Step 4: Cooking the Ravioli

Put a pot of water on the stove with salt until it boils. Then carefully place the ravioli in the water for mins to cook.

After you cook the ravioli place it on the plate . After that spread the sauce on top of ravioli. Then add a garnish like cilantro (Optional)
