: An Italian omelet made with eggs, chopped vegetables and meat. It looks like a pancake.

Cooked over low heat very slowly, it is harder than an omelet. It is round and flat. [Omelet]  Folded and cooked over medium-low heat, it is softer than a frittata and shaped like a half moon.

1 instant cup noodles (Anseongtangmyeon Cup) 3 eggs 20g bell pepper 30g onion 30g spinach 20g cherry tomatoes 5g black olives 20g button mushrooms 40g pineapple 20g sausage 80g shredded mozzarella cheese 30g milk olive oil basil & oregano salt & sugar

12 Frittata ■ How to Cook 1 1. Remove the seeds of the bell pepper. Chop it into little triangles. 2. Slice the mushrooms and black olive into 0.5cm-thin pieces. 3. Shred the onion into 0.3cm-thin pieces. 4. Chop the spinach into little bites(4cm long). 5. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the pineapple into little bites(1.5cm). 6. Cut the sausage into 0.5cm chunks on a slant. 7. Beat the eggs and sift them. Add some milk. Season it with salt, sugar, basil and oregano. 2 3 4 5 6 7

■ How to Cook 8 8. Drizzle some olive oil onto a heated pan. Stir-fry the onion, sausage, bell pepper and spinach. 9. Boil the noodles for about 2 minutes. Then rinse them with cold water and drain them. 10. Apply some olive oil on the foil dish. Place the stir-fried vegetables and sausage. Then pour the beaten eggs and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. 11. Bake it in a preheated oven(170℃) for about 15 min. 9 10 11
