93% of tenants satisfied with the neighbourhood in which they live 89 compliments about the Neighbourhood Directorate. Complaints down by 66% to 18 551 people engaged with Steps to Success this year, with 189 people accessing training courses, 26 helped into employment, 10 apprenticeships created and 20 work placements Team nominated for two national awards

5337 tenancy visits conducted since launch two years ago 1310 tenancy breaches tackled, this year including 916 gardens 94% compliance with untidy garden enforcement procedures 5 legal orders secured

18 THE THINGS TENANTS SAY I would just like to personally thank you for all of your support. Sue is a wonderful lady who has been in such a vulnerable place. You immediately recognised her needs and acted with compassion and understanding, which, thanks to you has now led to her being given a new property!! I am sure I don’t need to tell you that S is absolutely ecstatic You have played a huge part in ensuring this will happen. If only there were more like you. Big thank you for arranging for a security light to be fitted to the rear of the property. Mrs. H is quite volatile and feels vulnerable, so by us providing this added security, she feels more secure within her property
