Turkish coffee It's a dark, strong and sweet coffee. It's prepared in a small coffee pot and after, it's heated. In Turkey, cream and milk are never added in the coffee.

Lahmacun and Pie It's the equivalent of the pizza but the base is more thinner and choices of toppings are amazing ! There are cheese and onion or finely minced meat with peppers, salad and tomatoes.

Adana kebab It's a large meatball with spices and herbs. It's a traditional dish served with bread (wrap), rice and salad.

Borek Eaten as a main dish or as a snack, Borek is the favourite food of Turkish children. It's a multitude of layers of pastry with spinach and cheese. It's traditionnaly served with a glass of Aryan.

Ayran Ayran is a wonderfully refreshing and healthy drink. Easy to make too. For realise this recipe, you must to put some yogurt, water, ice cubes and also a pinch of salt.

Sac Kavurma The Sac Kavurma is a mixture of meat, peppers, onions, tomatoes and some herbs. Then it's cooked in a pan that ressembles a wok. Traditionnaly, it's served with rice and salad vegetables.

Simit Simit is a fast food bread with sesame seeds. It's often eaten as a breakfast with jam and yogurt. It is light and baked to a golden brown color. It's a speciality of Istanbul.

Salgam It's made from violet carrots, water, turnips, salt, sira and ponded wheat or bulgur flour. It's served cold and it's typically eaten with pickles. Traditionally, it's red or purple.

Tulumba For making Tulumba, you need lemon juice, water, flour, sugar, sunflower oil, butter, salt and eggs. It's the equivalent of churros in France.

Boza Boza it's a fermented drink and it's one of oldest turkish drinks. There are yoghurt, flour, sugar, bulgur, water and vanilla.
