Burner design project Timeline of events which have lead us to where we are now: Two years ago began discussions and collaboration of designing and manufacturing burner parts which would be interchangeable with the existing OEM parts being supplied to the market. After approximately a dozen meetings, site visits, engineering, tolerance stacks, materials research & testing, the finalized burner and parts design was completed and commissioned. As of March 2016, based on the completed designs, patterns were build and first off material parts testing was completed. As of June 2016, the first complete assembly parts run was initiated. In October of 2016, these parts were successfully installed and are pleased to report there were no issues with installation.

Rope Breaker & Regulating Rod
- Picture of the rope breaker assembled to the regulating rod. - This innovative product is designed to “break to rope of fuel” as it passes into the burner. - Preliminary modeling has indicated a substantial efficiency gained by this product.

Primary Elbow Wear Plate - installed
We were all extremely pleased how well the wear plate fit within the elbow, snug to the sides and flush with the face; thereby eliminating any potential eddies that could occur.

Gemini burner assembly conclusion & benefits:
Over two years in the making, we are all extremely pleased how this project turned out & believe it to be one of Gemini’s most successful collaboration efforts within our company’s history! Benefits which can be expected from the Gemini burner parts: High quality & repeatable parts which fit all OEM burners on the market. Best in class manufacturing techniques. Cost savings regarding parts pricing & transport cost. Further costs savings realized regarding efficiency with parts assembly on site. Proudly Canadian made and manufactured.
