Legislative Branch Bicameral
Lower House (weaker house) was elected by the state legislatures. Representation was based on population. The Upper house (more powerful) was elected by the Lower House. Representation was based on population

Executive Branch The Executive was elected by the Upper House of the Legislative Branch. There was only to be one executive.

Judicial Branch The Judicial Branch was to be made up of Judges appointed by the Executive Branch.

Each state would get one Representative. All states would be equally Represented

Executive Branch Each state would pick one person to be a member of the Executive Branch. They would work together as an executive group.

Legislative Branch Bicameral
Lower House (House of Representatives) was elected by the state legislatures. Now they are elected by the people of the state. Representation is based on population. Representatives serve for 2 years. There are 435 Representatives now. Upper House (Senate) was elected by the Lower House (House of Representatives). Now they are elected by the people of the state. Each state gets 2 Senators for a total of 100 Senators. Senators serve for 6 years.

Executive Branch There would be a President and a Vice President elected by the Electoral College. The President and a Vice President can not be from the same state. The President and a Vice President serve for 4 years. The President can only be elected twice.

Judicial Branch The Supreme Court judges would be picked by the President and approved by the Senate. One judge is appointed the Chief Justice. Judges serve for life.
