Is elected by the American people every 4 years.
Must be a natural-born citizen of the U.S.
Must be age 35 or older,
and have lived in the U.S.
for 14 years.
Cannot serve more
than 2 terms (8 years).

4. The President’s Job Approve or veto (reject) bills from Congress.
Follow the Constitution and the law (even if he/she disagrees with it).
Act as Commander-in-Chief of the military.
Nominate Supreme Court
Justices.
Represent the U.S. to other
countries.
