At 24hours later: initial vessel recanalization with appearance of double-lumen image (B). At 48hours later: high-grade stenosis at site of hematoma (persistence of double-lumen image is not shown) (C). At 3 and 6 days later: worsening of lumen narrowing with disappearing of double-lumen image (pulsed wave Doppler showed increased peak systolic velocities) (D). Nine days later: further worsening in lumen narrowing (E).
