2. Combination Oral Contraceptives (COCs)
Combination birth control pills are oral contraceptives that combine ethinyl estradiol and progestin. Even though all combination birth control pills have estrogen, they can differ in the how much estrogen they contain. Combination birth control pills are also different from one another due to the amount and type of progestin that is in each pill brand. The combination of the amount of estrogen and the type and amount of progestin found in combination birth control pills can also cause different progestational, estrogenic, and androgenic effects

5. Breakthrough bleeding

Weight gain (due to anabolic effect of androgenic activity of progestins).
Uterus:
Breakthrough bleeding
Prolonged use : the cervix may show some hypertrophy (Cervical cancer).

6. What is the Best Birth Control Pill Brand?
There is no "best" birth control pill brand. No birth control pill brand or pill type outranks all the others. Some pill brands may help to lower certain side effects. But all combination birth control pills are equally effective in preventing pregnancy -- as long as the pills are used consistently and correctly.

9. Contraception in absence of androgenic symptoms.
:Indications
Androgenisation (mild-to-moderate hirsutism or severe acne ) and Contraception in these women.
Adverse reactions:
Same as COCs.
Contraindications :
Contraception in absence of androgenic symptoms.

10. Indication Adverse Reactions :
Contraception ,Moderate acne , Androgenisation (hirsutism and acne)
Contraindications :
Pregnancy ; history of breast ,endometrial or hepatic cancer;
Migraine and age >35 years .
Adverse Reactions :
Same as COCs

13. في حالة موانع الحمل المركبة التي تحتوي على هرمونين (الاستروجين والبروجستيرون) :
- في حال نسيان حبة واحدة : أيا كانت الحبة التي نسيتها، سواء في أول الشريط الدوائي، أو منتصفه أو نهايته، يجب عليك: 1- أن تأخذي الحبة حال تذكرها، حتى لو أخذت حبتين في ذلك اليوم (الحبة التي تذكرتها للتو، والحبة المخصصة لذاك اليوم). 2- أكملي تناول بقية الشريط كما هو مخطط. 3- عند انتهاء الحبوب، خذي استراحة أسبوع كما هو مخطط (في حال كون الشريط 21 حبة) أو أكملي حبوب التذكير (الخالية من الدواء، في حال كون الشريط 28 حبة). ولن تحتاجي في هذه الحالة لموانع حمل إضافية، فأنت ما زلت محمية من حدوث الحمل.
