This thing all things devours: Birds, beasts, trees, flowers; Gnaws iron, bites steel; Grinds hard stones to meal; Slays king, ruins town, And beats high mountain down. Solve the riddle to proceed!

Make a time diary, Learn to say "No“, Don't be a perfectionist, Multitask, Time-Based, To-Do List, Reward yourself when you do something on time… Which of the above-mentioned strategies seem the most/least useful?
