Unlike off-campus apartments, our flexible housing agreements offer both academic year and full year options. Caring & Helpful: All residence halls and apartment complexes are staffed by full-time, caring professionals. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and there's always someone on call for emergencies. Safe: Our University Police department is nationally accredited. And we have fire safety systems, UB Alert emergency messaging and staff on duty 24/7.

Housing Rates - Apartments
Type Rate Flint 1 Bed $9,860 Flint 2 Bed/2 Bath $8550 Flint 2 Bed/1 Bath $8330 Creekside 2 Bed $9,552 Flickinger 2 Bed Flickinger 2 Bed (whole unit) $17,832 Apartment Rates: Rates are per student/per year. All housing charges are billed directly to student accounts twice a year (half in fall and half in spring). A $300 housing deposit is collected as part of the new application or renewal process. The deposit is applied to the balance of your apartment charges

Useful Information First come, first serve: The order students are housed is based on the date the housing deposit is submitted. The earlier you submit it, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your housing preferences. May 1st Deadline: All students who submit an application by the deposit deadline is guaranteed a space on campus. While we try to honor preference request, it is not always possible to do so. Student may cancel without penalty until May 1st. After May 1st only student no longer attending UB for the fall semester may cancel. Break Housing: All apartment agreements automatically include break housing within the agreement dates at no extra cost. Break housing in residences halls may incur additional charges. Meal Plans: UB apartment residences are not required to purchase a meal plan; however, they may do so if they choose. Roommate Requests: All roommate request must be mutual. Family Housing: Flickinger Court offer housing for families and couples, with at least one person in the unit needing to be a UB student.
