If you are using a plural, stay with the plural.
If you are in the past, stay with the past.
Do not say: “I love swimming, jogging and apples”.
Apples doesn’t match swimming and jogging.
Swimming, jogging and eating does.
I love to swim, to jog and to eat apples, works too.
