Create investment zone in each governorate and to have the government to establish complete infrastructure in each zone.
Develop road infrastructure between population centers and investment zone.

Utilize investment grants to establish municipal enterprises for both agriculture and industrial development.
Develop low cost tourism projects which encourage the Jordanians and neighbors as well as foreigner tourists.
